Can I return what I’ve bought?
"Yes, you can return any unworn purchases within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, simply log into your Re/Soled account, go to “My Orders,” select the item(s) you want to return, and follow the easy steps.
Returns are free. All items must be returned unworn, unused, and with all original accessories (designer tags, shoelaces, dust bags, etc.). To prevent damage, please try on shoes on a clean, carpeted surface.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, simply follow the steps below.
- Sign in and go to “My Account.”
- Under “My Orders,” select the order you want to return.
- Click the "Return" button next to the item and select a reason.
- You’ll receive an email with a return label or QR code. Print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the carrier or schedule a pick-up.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email if it’s approved.
Why was my return not accepted?
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been worn, used, or damaged. Returns for defective items are limited to defects that are not due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
